Today, I am filled with immense joy and satisfaction as I record this special experience. Two months ago, I met with a couple who wanted to sell their 27-year-old property. This building held special meaning for them, but they hoped to find the right buyer in this challenging market.

最近的溫哥華地產市場比較疲弱,尤其是高樓大廈的供應量過多,導致買家有很多選擇空間。當我接下這個任務時,我深知這會是一段不易的旅程。但我也堅信,只要付出真誠和努力,便能夠打動買家,實現客人的心願。

The recent real estate market in Vancouver has been relatively weak, particularly with an oversupply of high-rise buildings, giving buyers plenty of options. When I took on this task, I knew it would be a difficult journey. However, I firmly believed that with sincerity and effort, I could move buyers and fulfill my clients' wishes.

這兩個月來,我不辭勞苦,日夜奔波,通過各種渠道推廣這棟樓。每一位在 Open House 遇見的潛在買家,或有買家經紀帶來的客戶,我都細心解說這棟樓的優點,分享它的歷史和故事,讓買家感受到這棟樓的獨特價值。通過不斷的努力和與客人的雙洽,我最終找到了合適的買家。

For the past two months, I worked tirelessly, promoting this property through various channels day and night. Every potential buyer at the open house or those brought by other buyer agents received my detailed explanation of the property's advantages, its history, and stories. I wanted buyers to feel the unique value of this building. Through relentless effort and close collaboration with my clients, I finally found the right buyer.

今天,我代表了客戶地產經紀和買家地產經紀一同完成了這筆交易。看著雙方都露出滿意的笑容,我感到無比的成就感。這不僅僅是一筆交易,更是我對工作的熱誠和對客人承諾的見證。

Today, I completed the transaction alongside the buyer’s and seller’s real estate agents. Seeing both parties smiling with satisfaction gave me an immense sense of accomplishment. This was not just a transaction, but a testament to my passion for work and my commitment to my clients.

這段經歷讓我更加堅信,無論市場如何變化,只要我們始終保持對工作的熱情,真誠對待每一位客人,總能夠達成理想的結果。

This experience has strengthened my belief that no matter how the market changes, as long as we maintain our passion for work and treat every client sincerely, we can always achieve the desired results.
