In the bustling Burnaby area, a client who recently immigrated from Hong Kong was searching for their ideal home with a limited budget, targeting a suitable one-bedroom unit. Looking for a property within budget in this popular area was no an easy task.

有一天,他參加了我們Sandra Solomon Real Estate Team的樓花VIP預覽活動,對不到40萬的一房單位感興趣。初步決定後,他與家人商量,還是希望購買高層公寓而非木結構住宅。Sandra將客人轉交給我跟進,但因為預算有限,挑選過程有點困難。

One day, the client attended our Sandra Solomon Real Estate Team's VIP preview event for a presale project and showed interest in an one-bedroom unit priced under $400,000. After some initial consideration, the client discussed with their family and decided they preferred a high-rise apartment over a wood-frame condo. Sandra passed the client on to me for further follow-up, but due to the limited budget, the selection process was somewhat challenging.

Team communication was crucial. I discussed the situation with Sandra, who informed me that a major developer was offering promotions exclusively to VIP clients, and Sandra happened to be one of them.

I immediately arranged a viewing. The client instantly decided to purchase the one-bedroom unit and made a deposit. We were also able to secure exclusive promotional conditions for them.

A few days later, the VIP promotion ended. We felt fortunate that the effective communication and responsiveness of the team helped the client secure the deal and find their ideal home.

Today, I am filled with immense joy and satisfaction as I record this special experience. Two months ago, I met with a couple who wanted to sell their 27-year-old property. This building held special meaning for them, but they hoped to find the right buyer in this challenging market.

最近的溫哥華地產市場比較疲弱,尤其是高樓大廈的供應量過多,導致買家有很多選擇空間。當我接下這個任務時,我深知這會是一段不易的旅程。但我也堅信,只要付出真誠和努力,便能夠打動買家,實現客人的心願。

The recent real estate market in Vancouver has been relatively weak, particularly with an oversupply of high-rise buildings, giving buyers plenty of options. When I took on this task, I knew it would be a difficult journey. However, I firmly believed that with sincerity and effort, I could move buyers and fulfill my clients' wishes.

這兩個月來,我不辭勞苦,日夜奔波,通過各種渠道推廣這棟樓。每一位在 Open House 遇見的潛在買家,或有買家經紀帶來的客戶,我都細心解說這棟樓的優點,分享它的歷史和故事,讓買家感受到這棟樓的獨特價值。通過不斷的努力和與客人的雙洽,我最終找到了合適的買家。

For the past two months, I worked tirelessly, promoting this property through various channels day and night. Every potential buyer at the open house or those brought by other buyer agents received my detailed explanation of the property's advantages, its history, and stories. I wanted buyers to feel the unique value of this building. Through relentless effort and close collaboration with my clients, I finally found the right buyer.

Today, I completed the transaction alongside the buyer’s and seller’s real estate agents. Seeing both parties smiling with satisfaction gave me an immense sense of accomplishment. This was not just a transaction, but a testament to my passion for work and my commitment to my clients.

This experience has strengthened my belief that no matter how the market changes, as long as we maintain our passion for work and treat every client sincerely, we can always achieve the desired results.

Recently, a father living in oversea contacted us, hoping to help his daughter in Vancouver buy a home. His daughter, being busy with work, and with her parents abroad, cannot always personally handle these significant life decisions. Through multiple phone conversations, we thoroughly understood the father's needs and the daughter's preferences, including her financial capacity, mortgage possibilities, and ideal residential area.

Throughout the process, we not only arranged several property viewings for the daughter but also kept the parents regularly updated, ensuring they could understand every detail even from abroad. Our goal is to help every client find their ideal home, which is our mission.

在 Burquitlam 建立你的家園丨Building a Home in Burquitlam

每次帶客人看樓後,我都會花一至兩個小時自己周圍逛逛這個社區。這裏是 Burnaby 與 Coquitlam 的交界,因此這一區叫做 Burquitlam。這個名字非常簡單直接,將兩個社區的名字連在一起變成了一個新的名字。老公說他以前都是住在這一區的 Cottonwood,這是一個非常舊的區,所以他見到周圍都在重建,感覺很不一樣。

After showing homes to my clients, I spend one to two hours exploring the neighbourhood on my own. This area is the border between Burnaby and Coquitlam, and it is called Burquitlam. The name is simple, combining the two community names into one. My husband used to live in this area, specifically in Cottonwood, an old neighbourhood. He finds it very different now with all the new construction happening around.

雖然我見證不到30年前溫哥華的變化,但我能感受到現在這個城市的迅速發展。當年,溫哥華還是一個比較安靜的城市,生活節奏緩慢,環境優美。隨著時間的推移,溫哥華變得越來越繁榮,各類基礎設施不斷完善,新的商業區和住宅區不斷湧現,今天我就在這裏建立我的家。

Although I didn’t see the changes in Vancouver 30 years ago, I can feel the city's rapid growth now. Back then, Vancouver was a quieter city with a slower pace of life and beautiful surroundings. Over time, it has become more prosperous, with better infrastructure and new commercial and residential areas emerging. Today, I am building my home here.
