五、避免中伏與隱藏成本——唔好以為淨係交樓價就夠

對於首次置業人士嚟講,最大誤解之一就係:「有樓價首期+銀行批咗按揭就買得起樓!」但事實係,除咗樓價之外,仲有一大堆買樓隱藏成本,如果事前冇做好預算規劃,好容易出現資金周轉困難。
